Do you sell internationally?

Unfortunately, no. We only ship to BC, AB, SK, ON, and MB, Canada.

Whom do you ship with?

Currently, we ship with CanadaPost.

Can I pick up my order?

We can schedule a pickup in Vancouver, BC. Please message us for info before placing the order. This option does not cost postage.

I have a nut allergy. Can I order your cookies?

Please check the ingredients listed on each product page. Treats are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, and other potential allergens. But we are more than happy to customize your biscuits!

I own a local dog business, do you have wholesale prices?

Yes, we do! Please send us an email.

Are your biscuits safe to give to my puppy?

Yes, and No. Generally, the biscuits are ok to feed puppies over 3 months old, as they have no artificial additives or preservatives that could upset their tummies. However, the biscuits are oven slow-baked, meaning they are hard. Consider if they could be too crunchy for your puppy's tiny teeth. Please also check the ingredients carefully- we do not recommend feeding any cookie that lists "honey" as an ingredient to your puppy under the age of 12 months. When in doubt, please consult your veterinarian!
